Rebecca is a Senior Consultant at Leading Edge Consulting, Nigeria. Her experience in Management Consulting traverses Recruitment and Project Management, Implementation & Monitoring. She has successfully executed several Executive Search & Selection engagements for clients in diverse sectors over the years. She has also managed Consultancy projects in Not-For-Profit sector.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka and a Masters degree in Industrial/Personnel Relations with specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Ibadan. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.

She has a strong passion for Human Resources generally and is committed to ensuring organizational success through a performance-driven workforce.
